Doug Wright received a Tony Award and a Pulitzer Prize for his play I AM MY OWN WIFE, and a Tony nomination as book writer for the musical GREY GARDENS. Earlier in his career, he won an Obie Award for his play QUILLS, and a Golden Globe nomination for his subsequent screenplay adaptation.
