Joann Kobin is an America author of novels, books, and short stories. Her works have appeared in The New England Review, Ploughshares, North American Review, The Virginia Quarterly Review, and The Boston Globe Magazine and has been included in the collection, Best American Short Stories. Kobin was nominated for a Pushcart prize and is also the recipient of a MacDowell Fellowship, a grant from The St. Botolph Club Foundation, and a grant from the Massachusetts Council of the Arts.
