Tife Kusoro is a playwright, poet, and performer based in London. Her debut play G won the George Devine Award for most promising playwright and premiered at the Royal Court Theatre in the Summer of 2024. She also received the Playwrights '73 Award and is currently a writer in residence at the Royal Court. Her poetry has been shortlisted for the Forward Prize and published in the Poetry Review. In all her work, she is drawn to things that are funny, moving, imaginative and surreal.

At MacDowell, Kusoro worked on a new draft of her play Last Black Girl On Earth. An earlier draft of the play was performed as a work-in-progress at The Roundhouse Studio in London and was shortlisted for the 2024 Alfred Fagon Award.
