Traces of Nature is a two person exhibition that brings together the artwork of Elpida Hadzi-Vasileva and Ley Mimi Wyss in a dialogue about the use of natural earthy materials. The exhibition coincides with Art Basel.
Elpida Hadzi-Vasileva's drawings and objects explore, uncover and transform hidden systems and liminal spaces within nature. Elpida is drawn to the processes of decay, renewal, and transformation, moments where the visible and invisible worlds intersect.
Ley Mimi Wyss' handmade ceramics are inspired by nature's beauty and diversity. Each piece is uniquely crafted to celebrate the imperfections and interactions found in the natural world. Her designs are a tribute to the organic shapes and textures that surround us.
