Playwright Brian Slberman is a professor in the theatre and dance department at Franklin and Marshall College. While at MacDowell, he completed the first draft of a play entitled Capgras Delusion in preparation for a workshop production at Arena Stage in Washington, D.C.

Brian Silberman worked in the Chapman studio.
Chapman Studio was funded by Mrs. Alice Woodrough Chapman in memory of her husband, composer George Alexander Chapman. Symmetrically massed, the building is stuccoed on the exterior with a natural, unpainted cement.
