2023 MacDowell Fellows Reunion
The Fellows Engagement Committee was delighted to hold the 2023 MacDowell Fellows Reunion on Saturday, November 18, 2023 at the Chocolate Factory Theater in Long Island City, NY. Over 120 Fellows gathered for the reunion, which included an open mic, a book swap, a raffle that raised funds for future Fellowships, and important time to connect.
In honor of the 2023 Edward MacDowell Medalist Alanis Obomsawin and as an acknowledgement of MacDowell's commitment to Native and Indigenous communities, this year’s raffle proceeds will help partially support work at MacDowell honoring Native/Indigenous heritage.

More than 60 MacDowell Fellows braved fiercely unseasonable weather to gather in Brooklyn at Berry Park on Saturday, November 13, to celebrate their annual get together.
2019
Nearly 200 Fellows attended the 2019 reunion Wednesday evening, November 6, at Little Airplane Productions near South Street Seaport Historic District to reminisce, catch up, and help support future MacDowell Fellowships.
2018
In 2018, nearly 200 MacDowell Fellows gathered with staff at Little Airplane Productions for their annual reunion. Each ticket purchased went towards funds to support future MacDowell Fellowships.
2017
In 2017, we gathered at MacDowell's NYC space at 521 West 23rd Street and attendance was a record, raising critical funds for our program.
