Selected scenes from my opera, The Age of Innocence, for which I wrote both the music and the libretto, based on the novel by Edith Wharton. Most of this opera was composed during my residence at the MacDowell Colony in the fall of 2010.The scenes will be performed by young, New York-based singers, featuring Su-Ling Huang, soprano; Trevor James, tenor; Nicole Leone, soprano; David Powell, tenor; Sheerya Shivers, soprano with stage direction by Andrew Chown and musical direction by Donna Gill.
