MacDowell Fellow Thornton Wilder's ingenious and heartbreaking play traces 90 years in the life of an American family and will be read and discussed by MacDowell Fellow Lisa Kron, Tappan Wilder (Thornton Wilder's nephew and literary executor), Tony Award winner Cynthia Nixon, Douglas Rushkoff (media theorist), Anne-Marie Slaughter (president of the New America Foundation), Edward Moravcsik (son of Anne-Marie Slaughter), and others. The readiing is a Public Forum Drama Club event and will take place Dec. 10 at Joe's Pub. Discussion to take place afterward.
