Andrea Ray worked on an audio and sculpture installation, A Reeducation, that explores the history of a feminist utopian community combined with contemporary projections of an emancipated subjectivity. Research for this project was conducted with support from an Art Matters grant.

Andrea Ray worked in the Adams studio.

Given to the MacDowell Association by Margaret Adams of Chicago, the half-timbered, stuccoed Adams Studio was designed by MacDowell Fellow and architect F. Tolles Chamberlin ca. 1914.
