Luke Lamborn is a New York-based motion designer, compositor, and animator. His work consists of designing and animating broadcast graphics for TV promos and packages, compositing and backplating animatics for test commercials, and developing screen content for concerts and events.

Lamborn earned a B.F.A. in digital media from the University of Colorado at Boulder, an M.F.A. in computer art from Syracuse University, and an M.F.A. in painting/printmaking from Yale University. He has created video art at MacDowell, The Skowhegan School of Painting and Sculpture, The Fine Arts Work Center, and Eyebeam Art and Technology Center.

Mixter

Luke Lamborn worked in the Mixter studio.

Built in 1927–1930, the Florence Kilpatrick Mixter Studio was funded by its namesake and designed by the architect F. Winsor, Jr., who also designed MacDowell's original Savidge Library in 1925.
