Paulina Pinsky is the co-author of It Doesn't Have To Be Awkward, a Booklist-starred guide to consent and other hard-to-talk-about stuff for teens, forthcoming from HMH September 2021. Her nonfiction and humor pieces have appeared in Human Parts, Columbia Journal, HuffPo Women, and Slackjaw. Her most recent memoir piece for Narratively is currently in development for television. Paulina has the honor of teaching comedy writing to high schoolers at Columbia.

While at Macdowell, she worked on her forthcoming memoir, a meditation on family and celebrity. She spent her time hiking, painting, and reading in her hammock.
